Blogging Rules
- Always use your school email address.
- Be responsible when posting on the internet. Blogs are in a public space.
Therefore all bloggers should be proud of the posts they make or the comments
they post. - Write full words and sentences. This educational blog is not a space where
mobile phone talk is appropriate. - Do not post information or pictures of others on this blog without
permission. - Do not write your full name or the full name of others on this blog.
Remember: only use peoples first names after permission has been granted. - Do not post anything about yourself that you would not like others to
see. - Never post details about where you live. A bad choice would be, for example:
Smithy and I live in Smith Street, Smithville
A better choice would be Smithy and I live in NSW. - Never post any information that may lead to your identity. Be careful of any
information you reveal. A bad choice would be: I play soccer for the
Diamonds; my game is at 7.30 this Saturday. A better choice would be I
play soccer with a local team on the weekend.. - If you do find something unpleasant, distressing or just feel uncomfortable
about any information displayed on this blog you must tell your teacher, parent
or care giver.
